Aaron Rodgers Trash Talks Detroit Lions Player in Hot-Mic Moment

Aaron Rodgers is going viral after he was spotted trash-talking a Detroit Lions linebacker.

The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback was caught on a hot-mic taking a playful jab at NFL player Jack Campbell, who initially declined Rodgers’ hand to help him up off the ground.

“Oh, you don’t want me to help pick you up? Why?” Rodgers, 42, asked Campbell, 22, as he walked away to prepare for the next play. “‘Cause you’re slower than a 42-year-old. Is that why? You’re slower than a 42-year-old?”

The NFL caught the moment and decided to share it via X, writing, “Rodgers was showing respect and talking trash on Sunday @Steelers. @insidetheNFL Week 16 Mic’d Up on X.”

“That’s why we just did a one-year deal,” Rodgers said on The Pat McAfee Show in June. “I played 20 fricking years. It’s been a long run. I’ve enjoyed it, and no better place to finish than in one of the cornerstone franchises of the NFL.”
