Cara Delevingne got real about what it takes to make a stunning red carpet look.
After wowing fans at the annual Academy Museum Gala in her sparkling Tamara Ralph Haute Couture design on Saturday, October 18, Delevingne, 33, took to Instagram to share what went on before she posed for the cameras.
In the clip she posted on Wednesday, October 22, Delevingne stood barefoot on the ground with toe separators, ensuring that her pedicure dried perfectly. She then panned the camera to the skirt of her chainmail dress with floral embellishments, which had a tear across her bum.
Her stylist John Mumblo got on his hands and knees to examine the rip, which was a few inches long.

“@theacademy gala dump! Scroll through to reveal the truth behind the glitz and glamour,” Delevingne captioned the post. Her celebrity friends and fans were quick to compliment her look in the comments section.
“MAMAAAAA,” wrote Rachel Zegler, as Rita Ora added, “Pretty.” Vanessa Hudgens tagged Mumblo and wrote, “lol,” to which he replied, “lol love you.” More fans gushed that she looked “stunning.”
While striking a pose, the actress turned around and gave photographers a look at the intricate design, which was perfectly stitched back together.
The rest of her look included mint floral straps forming a T-back, a halter top and more petals lining her collar. The look was complete with cutouts on her sides.
Delevingne let the look speak for itself, opting for a nude mani and pedi and silver stud earrings.
Her glam featured dewy skin, bronzey eyeshadow blended into her crease with a tan shade patted on her lid, black eyeliner and long lashes. She tied her makeup together with manicured eyebrows, highlighter swept down the bridge of her nose and pink, lined lips.
The model’s caramel-highlighted hair was slicked back into a messy updo with her baby hairs framing her face.

Her frock featured a chocolate bra top with pointed cups and white fabric peeking out of the top. It then cascaded into a form-fitting tan corset, which hugged her curves and snatched her waist, before flowing into an A-line dark brown skirt with a thigh-high slit adorned with crystal embellishments.
“Always a beautiful night @academymuseum 🤎,” Bieber captioned the post.
Bieber teamed her dress with a full beat, courtesy of Rhode products. She donned dewy skin, rosy cheeks and lined pink lips. Her glam was finished with a touch of eyeshadow, long lashes and filled-in eyebrows. Bieber’s brunette hair was parted down the side and styled in loose curls.
