Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott hashed out a settlement over support and the division of their property in their divorce, Us Weekly can report.
On Monday, November 3, Spelling, 52, filed court docs revealing the deal with McDermott, 58. She said they executed a written agreement that ties all issues, including custody of their five children: Liam, 18, Stella, 17, Hattie, 14, Finn, 13, and Beau, 8.
Spelling has yet to file the deal in court.
As Us previously reported, the actress filed for divorce in March 2024. She listed the date of separation as June 17, 2023. In her filing, Spelling asked the court to award her spousal support and for McDermott to cover her legal bills in the case.
Spelling also requested sole custody of the children but proposed sharing legal custody with McDermott.
In his response, McDermott claimed the date of separation was July 7, 2023, weeks after Spelling claimed they broke up. He opposed his ex’s request for sole custody and asked for joint custody.
The actor also asked that she be ordered to pay him monthly support.
In financial docs filed by McDermott on September 5, he said he believed Spelling earned between $3,000 to $75,000 per month, depending on the project she is working on.

McDermott told the court that his “acting and producing work has decreased drastically” in the past couple of years and he transitioned into an alcohol and drug counselor in late 2023.
In his filing, he said he earned $3,800 per month but his monthly bills total $3,980. McDermott listed his girlfriend, Lily Calo, in his paperwork. The duo started dating in October 2023, months after his marriage with Spelling ended.

Following the split, Spelling started dating a CEO named Ryan Cramer. (She previously went on dates with him in 2023 but things didn’t go anywhere. They then decided to give it another try this year.)
A source told Us in April that the two were taking it slow and had been seeing each other for a couple of months.
McDermott announced the marriage was over after 18 years in a June 2023 since-deleted Instagram post.
“It’s with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways and start a new journey of our own,” McDermott wrote. “We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time.”
As Us previously reported, Spelling and McDermott are on the hook for a massive judgment after failing to respond to a lawsuit over an unpaid loan.
“[Spelling and McDermott] have failed to satisfy their obligations to [City National] under the terms of the promissory note,” the lawsuit read.
City National Bank filed court docs on June 11 stating Spelling and McDermott have not paid on the 2017 judgment.
In the lawsuit, City National Bank claimed Spelling and McDermott took out a $400,000 loan but failed to make payments and owed $190,000. The bank was awarded $220,000, due to interest and other fees being added, in 2017. In the recent filing, City National Bank revealed Spelling and McDermott’s debt has grown with interest to $395,729.82.
Spelling and McDermott have yet to respond to the case in court.
