General Hospital Alum Haley Pullos’ DUI Crash Victim Scores 7-Figure Payout (Excl)

The man injured in the crash allegedly caused by General Hospital alum Haley Pullos will be paid a massive settlement in his lawsuit over his injuries, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On October 3, court documents were filed that revealed Courtney Wilder, the man injured in the car crash, will receive $1 million as part of an insurance payout.

The settlement is between Wilder and No Comment, a restaurant in Pasadena, California, where Pullos was working before the accident on April 29, 2023.

The settlement will be paid by No Comment’s insurance company. “There is no admission of liability,” the deal said.

In his lawsuit, Wilder, who claimed he suffered serious injuries in the crash after Pullos swerved, flew over a center divider and smashed into his car headfirst while going nearly 60 miles per hour. According to law enforcement, Pullos screamed out “This is a $400 f***ing shirt” as officials tried to remove her from her vehicle.

Wilder did not name No Comment in his initial lawsuit but added them as a defendant in an amended complaint.

Wilder claimed the owner of the lounge had encouraged Pullos, 27, to drink with third parties while on the job. “She did exactly that. On the night of the incident, she even drank with the owner/manager,” the suit claimed.

Wilder claimed that the lounge owner did not have any plan for employees to get home safe after drinking at work. No Comment denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

In court docs filed before the settlement, a lawyer for the lounge argued, “No Comment denies that [Wilder] has sustained any injuries, damages or loss by reason of any act or omission of No Comment or any of their agents or employees.”

Pullos denied all allegations of wrongdoing in the lawsuit. She argued that Wilder’s injuries were caused by third parties outside her control and due to Wilder’s own “negligent and intentional conduct.” Pullos has not been dismissed from the case nor does the settlement involve her.

According to TMZ, the police report noted that officers found mini bottles of tequila and marijuana edibles in the actress’ car. Pullos was arrested after being taken to a local hospital for an evaluation. She was arrested at the hospital.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office ended up charging the entertainer with one three charges: a felony count for DUI that resulted in injury, a felony count for DUI where the driver had a .08 BAC or higher and a misdemeanor count of hit-and-run.

Pullos ended up pleading guilty to felony DUI charges on July 29, 2024. The actress was sentenced to 90 days in jail.

She was ordered to serve five years of probation after being released from jail and complete a nine-month alcohol treatment program. The actress was also ordered to pay $8,000 in restitution to the other driver involved. Pullos starred on General Hospital from 2009 to 2023 as Molly Lansing-Davis.

After the arrest, Pullos entered rehab after revealing she was taking time off from General Hospital. The soap opera producers recast the role with three different actresses.

Pullos has not had any new projects since leaving General Hospital. Her IMDB profile does not list any future films or television shows as being in the works.
