TikTok star Kaelin Bradshaw died on Monday, October 27. She was 29.
Bradshaw’s family confirmed on Wednesday, October 29, that she died following a battle with stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma. The rare bile duct cancer usually presents itself in people over the age of 50 and affects the ducts that connect your liver to your gallbladder and small intestine, according to Mayo Clinic.
“From the moment Kaelin was diagnosed, she was devastated, but also determined,” Kaelin’s husband, Andrew Bradshaw, said via a TikTok video shared to her account on Wednesday. “She promised me and our family she was going to fight and never give up.”
Andrew explained that his late wife “fulfilled her promise, but unfortunately, her disease progressed beyond her body’s ability to keep fighting.”

He revealed that after fighting for more than a year, Kaelin died on Monday at 1 a.m. local time while he sat holding her hand.
“She was not in pain, and her room was surrounded by the love and compassion of our entire family,” Andrew continued. “She was not alone, nor was she ever alone throughout this entire journey. Her family and I were next to her at all times, behind the camera, in ear’s reach.”
Kaelin gained fame as an influencer, documenting her cancer battle beginning in October 2024 when her symptoms first started.

Earlier this month, Kaelin gave fans an update on her health while creating a GoFundMe page to help her husband navigate “whatever the future brings.”
“I’ve been diagnosed with stage four cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer), and our world has changed overnight,” Kaelin wrote via the fundraising page, noting that her spouse had been working two jobs since her 2024 diagnosis to pay for medical bills, their house payments and any other expenses that have popped up.
She revealed in the October 19 post that she was “currently in hospice care, but I’m still fighting. We’re holding on to hope and to each other, taking things one day at a time.”
Kaelin noted that asking for help isn’t “easy,” but she and Andrew “could really use it as they figured out next steps in her health care.

At the time of this publication, the GoFundMe page has raised more than $67,000, which is 95 percent of the couple’s $70,000 goal.
Following Kaelin’s death, her father-in-law thanked everyone who helped lift her spirits and honored her memory via Instagram.
“It is with a heavy heart, we lost our beloved angel today,” Mark Bradshaw wrote on Monday. “Thank you for the love, prayers and support that everyone has shown our family, it means more now than ever. Kaelin — Your light touched so many people , and your memory will forever shine in our hearts. Rest in peace my love you will be dearly missed .🕊️ #Kae #ForeverInOurHearts.”
