Pete Davidson is officially a dad following the arrival of his first baby with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt.
Hewitt, 29, announced on Thursday, December 18, that the couple’s “perfect angel girl” was born nearly one week earlier on Friday, December 12.
“Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson ♥️,” Hewitt captioned the Instagram post, revealing the baby’s name.
The new mom added: “My best work yet, I am absolutely overflowing with love and gratitude and disbelief.”

Davidson, meanwhile, added, “Wu tang forever,” as his first message as a father, according to Hewitt.
Hewitt shared a series of photos from her and Davidson’s first week as parents, including cuddling snaps, a trio picture at the hospital and a photo of mother and daughter with a snowy backdrop.
The model announced her pregnancy via Instagram in July. The accompanying photos and video showed Hewitt embracing the Saturday Night Live alum and holding his hand while they looked at a sonogram image.
“Welp now everyone knows we had sex,” Hewitt quipped in the caption of her post.
Shortly after the pregnancy news made headlines, a source shared how Davidson reacted to his impending fatherhood.
“He is excited about this next chapter,” the insider told Us in July.
Four months earlier, Us confirmed in March that Davidson and Hewitt were dating after being spotted out together on several occasions. The couple made their red carpet debut in May at the Endometriosis Foundation of America’s Blossom Ball in New York City, where she gushed about their connection.
“He is so incredible,” she told People at the time. “Honestly, best person I’ve ever met, and I’m so grateful that he’s here tonight. It was just really important to both of us to come here and support the [Endometriosis Foundation of America] and keep helping, spreading the word and educating people.”

During his time in the spotlight, Davidson has been vocal about his desire to become a father.
“I’m definitely a family guy. My favorite thing ever, which I have yet to achieve, I wanna have a kid. That’s, like, my dream,” he told Kevin Hart during a 2022 appearance on Hart to Heart. “It’s, like, super corny, [but] it would be so fun. Dress up the little dude.”
He continued: “I’m so excited for that chapter. That’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is just trying to be as good as a dude, develop and get better so when that happens it’s just easier. … Since my dad died, I was like, ‘Oh, I can’t wait to have a kid.’”
Pete also detailed how losing his father, Scott Davidson — a firefighter who died in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack — at a young age affected his hopes for his own family.
“I don’t want a kid to ever feel like how I feel right now. It wasn’t his fault [that] he passed away,” he said. “But just to be there so that someone doesn’t have to feel like that. I’m very excited to do that for someone and watch them have what I didn’t.”
