The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Adrienne Maloof fired back at the lawsuit brought by her former housekeeper, accusing her of failing to pay her in full, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On October 31, Maloof, 64, filed court docs denying all claims of wrongdoing in the lawsuit brought by Ana Rosales.
The businesswoman said her former employee was not injured and has not suffered any damages. In addition, Maloof argued that any damages she did suffer were the result of her own actions.
Rosales filed the lawsuit against Maloof on August 22 in Los Angeles Superior Court. In her suit, Rosales said she worked at Maloof’s $16 million mansion in Beverly Hills from April 1, 2021, to September 14, 2024.
The suit claimed Rosales was paid $22 per hour.
The suit claimed Rosales was not provided proper meal and rest breaks during her employment. The housekeeper’s lawyer added they believe Maloof “falsified [Rosales’] hourly rate and the total number of hours labored per pay period for the sole purpose of avoiding payment of lawful wage deductions, payment of federal and state payroll taxes, payroll contributions …. By providing [Rosales] with inaccurate and non-itemized wage statements during each pay period and failing to provide all wages due at the time of” Rosales’ severance.

In the legal docs, Rosales claims Maloof did not authorize her to take a lunch or meal break. The suit demanded $16,000 for unpaid meal breaks, another $16,000 for unpaid rest breaks, $4,000 for alleged labor code violations, $5,000 in penalties and other unspecified damages.
The case is ongoing.
Maloof is a member of the famed Maloof family and the only daughter of billionaire George Maloof Sr. The businesswoman’s brothers are George J. Maloof Jr., Joe Maloof, Gavin Maloof, and Phil Maloof.
