The McBee Dynasty’s Steve McBee Turns Over Luxury Watches Over Debt (Excl)

The McBee Dynasty’s Steve McBee turned over a series of luxury watches to help chip away at the seven-figure judgment he was ordered to pay, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

On Wednesday, October 29, federal prosecutors filed court documents in McBee’s criminal case over alleged insurance fraud.

Prosecutors explained that McBee, 53, turned over three luxury watches to the government after his sentencing. The filing listed a Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch, Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Automatic watch and a Rolex Two-Tone Daytona watch.

The prosecutors requested permission from the court to officially seize the items and likely sell them at a public auction. The judge approved the request.

As Us previously reported, McBee was ordered to serve 24 months in prison, followed by two years of supervised release on October 16. He will also have to pay $4 million in restitution.

Per court documents, “a lump sum payment of the full amount is ordered due immediately. If unable to pay the full amount immediately, while incarcerated, the defendant shall make quarterly payments of $25 or at least 10 percent of earnings, whichever is greater, and while on supervised release, monthly payments of $100 or 10 percent of gross income, whichever is greater, to commence 30 days after release from incarceration.”
